About The Position

The Business Intelligence Manager will join the Business Intelligence team within Business Development Operations. This role involves working directly with program owners, sales operations leaders, and cross-functional partners. The team focuses on delivering actionable reporting, data models, and governance frameworks to support critical sales operations decision-making. The ideal candidate will value proactive communication, technical innovation, and collaborative engagement to drive business outcomes. This role combines hands-on technical work with cross-functional stakeholder engagement to translate complex business questions into actionable reporting. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining analytical dashboards, data models, and governance frameworks. Consistent availability, prompt responsiveness, and proactive communication during standard business hours are critical due to the role supporting time-sensitive operational programs and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Social Science, Data Analytics, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, market research, survey research, or a related analytical role.
  • At least 2 years managing end-to-end research or survey programs.
  • Strong proficiency in Tableau dashboard design and development.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in sales operations, enablement, or business intelligence environments.
  • Experience with Snowflake and dbt for data modeling.
  • Working knowledge of GitHub, GitHub Pages, and version-controlled development workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct large-scale data analysis and translate findings into stakeholder-ready deliverables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to proactively communicate status, blockers, and risks to leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines, delivering dashboards and analyses on time and to specification.
  • Commitment to maintaining clear documentation of data models, dashboard logic, and governance frameworks.
  • Must maintain consistent availability and prompt responsiveness during standard business hours to support time-sensitive operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and GitHub Pages to support program tracking, executive reporting, and operational visibility.
  • Integrate multiple data sources into unified reporting surfaces.
  • Build and maintain data models in Snowflake using dbt to support downstream reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with data engineering to ensure pipeline reliability and data quality.
  • Conduct large-scale content audits and platform analytics to support governance decisions.
  • Develop frameworks for content disposition recommendations based on usage data, ownership, and activity thresholds.
  • Build dashboards and conduct analysis to support survey-driven programs.
  • Translate survey response data into visual and statistical summaries that surface actionable insights for program leads.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to scope reporting requirements, participate in steerco readouts, and provide data-backed perspectives.
  • Identify and adopt tools and techniques that improve reporting efficiency, development speed, or analytical depth.
  • Evaluate emerging platforms for potential integration into the team's toolkit.
