About The Position

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead day-to-day analytics and act as the primary bridge between data, technology, and the business. This role represents an evolution from a hands-on individual contributor into a manager-level position focused on business context, insight generation, and stakeholder influence rather than pure BI development. You will own how analytics supports business conversations—translating business questions into meaningful operational metrics, shaping insights, and ensuring data is delivered in the most effective format for stakeholders. While technical depth in BI and data manipulation is required, this role is less about building dashboards end-to-end and more about guiding analysis, prioritizing the right questions, and enabling strong data-driven storytelling across the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data-focused roles, with demonstrated ability to connect data to business outcomes.
  • Advanced data manipulation and analysis skills (SQL, Power BI or similar BI tools).
  • Strong Excel skills, including data modeling, PowerQuery, and reconciliation; comfort with manual analysis when required.
  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and executives.
  • Experience translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and narratives.
  • Comfort operating in a manager-level capacity, even without direct reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; experience presenting insights to C-suite or ELT audiences is a plus.
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • SaaS or enterprise software experience preferred but not required.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in consulting, analytics leadership, or roles requiring strong executive presence is highly valued.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; experience presenting insights to C-suite or ELT audiences is a plus.
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • SaaS or enterprise software experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Own and run day-to-day analytics across the business, ensuring insights are aligned to current business priorities.
  • Translate business context into relevant operational metrics, KPIs, and analytical outputs that support decision-making.
  • Act as the primary analytics partner to senior stakeholders, providing clear, concise insights and recommendations with strong business framing.
  • Guide how data is presented and consumed—selecting the right medium (dashboards, email summaries, decks, ad hoc analysis) for each audience.
  • Collaborate closely with data engineering and technical teams to ensure data availability, quality, and alignment with analytical needs.
  • Provide performance decompositions that clearly explain what is driving results and which levers stakeholders can act on.
  • Leverage BI tools (e.g., Power BI), Excel, SQL, and emerging AI-enabled analytics tools to support analysis, without being focused solely on hands-on development.
  • Support and influence analytics standards, best practices, and prioritization, even if the role does not have direct people management responsibilities.
  • Operate with a consulting mindset—structuring ambiguous problems, synthesizing insights, and communicating confidently with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities, including increased focus on AI-driven analytics, finance transformation, and strategic initiatives.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Opportunity to shape the future of a high-impact AI-first platform
  • Collaborative, innovative, and inclusive company culture
  • Flexible working arrangements and professional growth opportunities
