About the Role The Business Intelligence Lead for the Client Platform will drive strategic development and delivery of high‑quality business intelligence capabilities for the Client Platform. The role will support Client Platform Finance & BI function and will be responsible for advancing the Business Intelligence vision, delivering high-impact analytics, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the Client Platform, and in alignment with firmwide Infrastructure and Investment Platforms. The successful candidate will engage with business stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights, translate business questions into scalable analytics capabilities, and embed an intelligence-led approach to decision-making. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on analytics expertise, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 5-10 years of experience in asset management, financial services, or a related industry with experience supporting sales, distribution, or client-facing organizations in an analytical and business intelligence capacity.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical judgment, with the ability to operate strategically while maintaining a deep understanding of data models, schemas, and analytical detail.
  • Strong experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL; experience with modern data and analytics platforms, including Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, and related technologies preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes through data-driven insights.
  • Strong organizational and project leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives
  • High intellectual curiosity, sense of ownership, and strong judgment amid complexity and ambiguity.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AI-augmented reporting and productivity tools is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the BI strategy, make recommendations to bring standards and accuracy to solutions
  • Work with stakeholders to turn challenges and opportunities into solutions
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand data models in detail, prioritize outcomes, and define actionable requirements
  • Partner with colleagues to improve user experience and define visual standards for dashboards
  • Translate business needs into a strategic plan, technical specifications, and designs
  • Prioritize & complete support & enhancement requests
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify potential high value add opportunities
  • Contribute to estimation, planning, development / integration, testing and deployment processes
