About The Position

Become a part of our caring community As a Business Intelligence Lead, you will be a strategic partner within the Humana Military Learning Strategy & Resources team. You will be responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of learning data measurement frameworks, insightful and accurate reporting and dashboards, and actionable analytics solutions. These solutions will inform leadership, stakeholders, and government parties. You will integrate business intelligence and data reporting best practices to support learning program evaluation, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement efforts, and strategic decision-making. In this remote position, you will report to the Director of Organization Effectiveness. Use your skills to make an impact

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required for this position due to Department of Defense Contract.
• Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Service).
• Bachelor's degree.
• 8 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• 2 years learning measurement, reporting and analytics project leadership experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, external data sources, and data structure/relationship design.
• Experience working with large complex data sets within large organizations including data analysis and visualizations.
• Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Self-provided internet service must meet minimum criteria: 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree in Learning Analytics, Education Data Science.
• Experience with measuring Learning Return on Investment.
