About The Position

As a Business Intelligence Engineer at RadNet, you will join a dedicated team of professionals focused on delivering quality, value, and access in healthcare. You will design and maintain BI solutions, lead technical project work, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to support business goals and effective clinical outcomes. The role also includes mentoring Business Intelligence Analysts and maintaining the security, compliance, performance, and integrity of BI solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or related role.
Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS.
Expert-level SQL knowledge, including complex query writing, stored procedures, and database performance optimization.
Strong background in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing principles.
Experience with cloud-based data analytics platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Proven experience leading BI projects and mentoring team members.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Sound judgment and professionalism in all situations.
Effective professional communication and interpersonal skills, and respect for patients, guests, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain advanced BI reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS, ensuring performance and alignment with business requirements.
Optimize and maintain database structures, including complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views, for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
Mentor and guide Business Intelligence Analysts in developing their BI reporting and analysis skills.
Work with the Manager of Business Intelligence Solutions to align BI strategy with business goals and execute projects within timelines and budgets.
Lead technical aspects of BI projects from planning through deployment, including system integration, data modeling, and performance tuning.
Ensure BI solutions meet security and compliance requirements, including data integrity and privacy.
Stay current with business intelligence and data analytics trends and technologies, and apply best practices to the BI environment.
