About The Position

We're hiring contract Business Intelligence developers to flex across a rotating mix of work: customer migrations, custom one-off projects, and ongoing standardization efforts. You'll partner directly with internal teams and clients to translate requests into clean, performant Power BI deliverables backed by data in Databricks. This is hands-on build work expect to move between projects and switch context as priorities shift.

Requirements

• Strong Power BI report and dashboard design, including DAX and Power Query (M)
• Solid grasp of dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, and table relationships
• Comfort working within Power BI capacities (Premium / Fabric) sizing, refresh, performance tuning
• Databricks experience: SQL, Delta tables, and pulling cleanly from a lakehouse layer into semantic models
• Proven ability to take ambiguous client requests and turn them into scoped, shippable deliverables

Responsibilities

• Translate requests into clean, performant Power BI deliverables backed by data in Databricks.
• Move between projects and switch context as priorities shift.
• Define, document, and consistently follow design and naming standards.
