About The Position

Develops reporting and analytic solutions. Supports data development, analytics and quality improvement activities. Translates business needs into a technical solution using visuals and creating data sources, metrics and automation. Designs, tests, deploys, and maintains self-service reporting assets and Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) to populate data warehouse assets and send data outside of data warehouse assets.

Requirements

• Master's or foreign equivalent in Operations Research, Data Analytics, Data Science or related.
• 6 months of experience as a Research Assistant, Data Engineer, Data Analyst or related.
• Interpreting data from a variety of sources, including EPIC.
• Designing databases and developing workloads using statistical analysis of health care data utilizing R Studio, SSMS, and Python.
• Using Tableau to assist in delivering healthcare management and decision making to guide process improvement.
