Proskauer is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Intelligence Coordinator to support the firm’s experience management platform, Litera Foundation, and contribute to the advancement of the firm’s matter intelligence strategy. This role will assist in the administration, optimization, and adoption of Foundation, helping ensure data integrity, usability, and alignment with the firm’s client development and marketing initiatives. The Coordinator will work closely with lawyers, business professionals, IT, and leadership to support reporting, training, and system enhancements that drive measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, business development, analytics, or marketing technology within a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
  • Experience with Litera Foundation or similar experience management platforms preferred.
  • Understanding of law firm operations, practice groups, and client development processes preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications – advanced proficiency with Excel required.
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts and data governance principles.
  • Experience working with third-party data platforms (e.g., PitchBook, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Lex Machina, Newsdesk) a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of seniority.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily administration of the Litera Foundation platform.
  • Assist with system configuration, data updates, and quality control processes.
  • Help maintain documentation of workflows, governance procedures, and system enhancements.
  • Monitor platform usage and assist in identifying opportunities to improve usability and adoption.
  • Support ongoing and future integrations with internal and external data sources.
  • Partner with Marketing & Business Development, IT, CRM, Finance, and Knowledge Management teams to help maintain accurate matter, client, and people data.
  • Assist with data imports, exports, and reconciliations.
  • Support data governance initiatives to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability across the platform.
  • Conduct periodic audits to maintain data quality and reporting integrity.
  • Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and analytics for pitches, RFPs, proposals, and strategic firm initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Client Intelligence & Marketing Analytics team to provide timely and accurate data insights.
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports for business development and marketing stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing training materials, user guides, and best practice documentation.
  • Provide day-to-day user support and respond to questions regarding system functionality.
  • Help promote platform adoption through education and clear communication of system benefits.
  • Assist in coordinating with Litera and other vendors regarding system updates and issue resolution.
  • Support project tracking, scheduling, and reporting for Foundation-related initiatives.
  • Participate in user groups and industry forums, as appropriate, to stay informed of platform updates and best practices.
  • Support special projects related to experience management and marketing technologies as assigned.
