The Federal Employee Program (FEP) provides health benefits to federal employees, retirees, and their families. Through its longstanding partnership with the federal government, FEP offers nationwide coverage and access to a broad network of providers, with a focus on delivering quality, affordable care. The Health Information Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities to deliver affordable quality care to members through analysis of data and transforming business intelligence into action plans. Provides strategic recommendations for improving health care affordability to executives and professional clients. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office with Atlanta and Indianapolis being preferred locations.
