•$105,000 - $135,000•Onsite

About The Position

The Business Intelligence Analyst turns data into trusted insights supporting all areas of the business. The role owns the path from modeled data to data-driven decision-making: developing dbt models, defining governed semantic models in Snowflake, delivering Power BI dashboards, and answering ad-hoc questions. It works at the intersection of analytics and data modeling, collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and with data engineering to ensure underlying data is clean, documented, and consistent. The analyst consults with stakeholders to define needs and measures of success, supports end users in exploring data, and identifies opportunities for efficiency and improved reporting. The role develops and maintains tested, documented dbt models and Snowflake semantic models; builds Power BI dashboards; analyzes questions using SQL; communicates findings and data limitations; monitors data quality; investigates discrepancies; and documents metrics, models, and dashboards. The position is based onsite in Lakewood, Colorado, with some remote work available. Bloom Healthcare offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary range of $105,000–$135,000 annually depending on qualifications and experience.
