About The Position

The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that support client-facing strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This role ensures accurate client-facing analytics, maintains analytical tools, and drives data-driven improvements across client and internal initiatives.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or market research roles.
Proven hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL for data visualization and querying.
Familiarity with data warehouse technologies, data modeling concepts, and working with diverse data sources and APIs.

Nice To Haves

At least 2 years of experience working with relational and multidimensional database schemas, including writing complex queries.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with program management office to ensure the accurate and timely production of monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports.
Complete complex ad-hoc reports to support client requests.
Learn and apply effective use of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, and Coupa, including report preparation and data utilization.
Analyze data from multiple sources to deliver meaningful insights, recommendations, and conclusions that drive client’s business decisions.
Maintain and update team tools and documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.
Stay informed on industry trends and customer benchmarks to provide relevant analysis on a quarterly basis within assigned verticals.
Design and enhance client-facing Power BI dashboards using API integrations to improve data visualization and accessibility.
Manage and update client-facing Microsoft Power Pages to ensure current and accurate content.
Design and implement automation for client production reports and related workflows to reduce manual effort.
