As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting full life cycle analysis on workflow and data to contribute to long-term company growth. You will work heavily with our proprietary software, as well as third party applications. You will monitor performance and quality control plans to identify efficiencies and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, MIS, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, finance, or a related analytical role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, data modeling, and reporting
• Experience working with relational databases and large datasets
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present insights to stakeholders at various levels
• Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using Tableau
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Ability to identify trends, develop insights, and make data-driven recommendations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Python, R, or other analytical programming languages preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide managers across departments with insights and other actionable data to help drive informed business decisions
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Manage different databases and ensure data is recorded and stored accurately
• Work with Tableau, Excel, and other data analysis tools to aggregate data, compile statistics, create models and produce other data visualizations
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Work with upper management to prioritize new strategic initiatives
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Assist in the automation of workflows across departments
