About The Position

The Business Intelligence Analyst supports the CEMA NH manufacturing team by providing data-driven insights that strengthen factory operations and decision‑making. This role focuses on developing and maintaining dashboards, analyzing business data, preparing reports, and facilitating operational forums such as Corrective Action Boards (CABs). The analyst works closely with factory teams, operations leaders, and cross‑functional partners to ensure timely, accurate, and actionable information is available to support manufacturing performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years with H.S.Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years with Associates degree
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent work experience also considered.
  • Experience with data analysis, business intelligence tools, and dashboard development (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting tools that support factory and program operations.
  • Analyze manufacturing, operational, and business intelligence data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with factory leadership and operational teams to deliver actionable insights that support daily, weekly, and monthly performance management.
  • Prepare standardized and ad‑hoc reports to support operational reviews, performance tracking, and strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate Corrective Action Boards (CABs) for each factory and program, ensuring meeting readiness, issue tracking, and follow‑through on action items.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all reporting sources and tools; troubleshoot data issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with IT, ES Data Analytics, and cross‑functional teams to enhance data pipelines, automate reporting, and improve the availability of operational data.
  • Support continuous improvement and affordability initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations and monitoring the effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • Train users on dashboard functionality, data interpretation, and reporting tools as needed.
