The analyst will have an opportunity to make a measurable and meaningful impact on the success of the company by building innovative, AI-enabled data solutions that leaders rely on daily. In this role, the analyst will develop partnerships with business leaders to understand, document, prioritize, and solve company-wide reporting requirements. The analyst will set standards for how Databricks and other advanced analytics tools are used to refine pipelines, automate workflows, and enhance the performance and reliability of enterprise data products. The analyst will also own existing dashboards and reporting assets, updating, troubleshooting, and enhancing them as business needs evolve. The team is transforming Booz Allen by paving the way for enterprise reporting while infusing advanced analytics, AI innovation, Databricks-driven automation, and modern data engineering practices into internal business operations. This is a highly collaborative role that requires critical thinking, creative problem-solving, sound judgment under ambiguity, and a can-do attitude when faced with complex analytical challenges.
