About The Position

Capital Health Plan is seeking a full-time Business Intelligence Analyst to contribute to the future of enterprise reporting and data strategy. This role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative organization and make a meaningful impact through analytical expertise. The position involves transforming data into strategic value, collaborating with stakeholders, designing and developing BI solutions, building ETL processes, creating data models and reporting structures, and developing reports and analytics to empower decision-makers. The analyst will also analyze complex business problems, identify improvements, ensure standards are maintained, and document solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities
Experience developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions
Expertise with Microsoft BI tools including SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and T-SQL
Ability to analyze, document, and interpret business and technical requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Nice To Haves

A minimum of five years of related experience is preferred.
