The Business Intelligence Analyst supports Customer Marketing, Loyalty, and Mobile App teams by translating business needs into scalable, self-service analytics solutions. This role partners closely with stakeholders and Strategic Analytics Partners to understand key questions, define metrics, and deliver intuitive reporting tools that enable users to independently monitor performance and derive insights. This role sits within Enterprise Analytics and plays an important part in uncovering customer insights, crafting meaningful visuals, monitoring performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making across customer acquisition, retention, and value. The focus of this position is on building high-quality dashboards, data models, and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into customer behavior, program effectiveness, and key performance indicators.
