About The Position
Serve as a half-time expert-level Subject Matter Expert (SME) and advisor supporting Naval Special Warfare (NSW) special operations data analytic requirements. This role provides guidance and operational support across SharePoint portal management, business intelligence applications, data quality, records management, and the workforce-wide education and adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Requirements
- Expert-level experience supporting data analytic requirements.
- Experience with business intelligence software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) to create and manage dashboards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Experience working effectively and independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills.
- Active SECRET Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- High school education required.
- SECRET Security Clearance required (must possess or be able to obtain)

Responsibilities
- Develop, modernize, and maintain NSW SharePoint pages; manage CUI access permissions and train staff on best practices.
- Acquire and clean data to build BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and analyze performance trends.
- Serve as designated records manager under SECNAVINST 5210.8, maintaining file plans and handling data calls/inspections.
- Lead workforce AI education, create training materials, and execute pilot projects for ethical AI integration.
