As our Client Advisor on the Business Insurance team, you’ll manage the renewal process, provide insurance advice pertaining to technical aspects and service support of new and renewal business, including maintaining client retention of existing accounts. You will also be responsible for communication with internal and external clients, mastering the Sagitta Agency Management System and document management system, mentoring associates, problem-solving, and managing client accounts receivables/payables. Time management and organization are key, as is professional growth and development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active and Current Florida 2-20 insurance license
• 5 years of account management experience within an insurance agency
• Experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate clearly (in writing and verbally)
• Thorough knowledge of insurance terminology and insurance products and their usage

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience with Sagitta and/or ImageRight
