Business Insights Manager

GracoDayton, MN
Hybrid

About The Position

The Business Insights Manager serves as both a hands-on analyst and a strategic consultant—personally driving rigorous analysis while elevating insights through collaboration, storytelling, and influence. This role blends strong data and research capabilities with business acumen to help leaders understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what to do next. This position goes beyond reporting to connect market, financial, and performance data; diagnose root causes; and partner with stakeholders to shape thoughtful, data-informed solutions. Success requires equal strength in doing the work and guiding decision-making through insight, context, and narrative.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in business insights, market research, analytics, strategy, or decision support roles.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand context, priorities, and trade-offs.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect dots, diagnose root causes, and translate ambiguity into clear recommendations.
  • Proficiency in analytics, research tools, and statistical methods.
  • Experience applying AI tools and building task-specific agents to enhance insight generation and decision support.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence through insights and storytelling.
  • Comfort working with imperfect data and applying sound judgment.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT).
