Requirements

  • Understanding of process mapping and documentation.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and develop streamlined workflows.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Skills in developing and maintaining operational dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • Proficiency in data collection and validation.
  • Familiarity with HR operational processes, including onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with leadership to derive actionable insights from data.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Map, document, and improve core business processes across departments.
  • Identify bottlenecks in sales and service processes.
  • Develop and document streamlined workflows to improve customer response and internal execution timelines.
  • Support the execution of cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication.
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • Turn data into actionable insights in collaboration with leadership.
  • Support data collection and validation across Sales, Service, and Operations.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of business performance reporting.
  • Assist with onboarding coordination, training, and other employee lifecycle processes.
  • Ensure smooth execution of HR operational processes in partnership with HR leadership.
  • Update employee records.
  • Support engagement and communication activities.
