About The Position
An outstanding, full-time opening has become available for a Business Immigration Attorney with experience in a full-service immigration firm near the Manhattan, NY area. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits including medical insurance, PTO and other great perks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Immigration Law work experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, detail oriented, organized, and positive attitude is a MUST.
- J.D. degree is REQUIRED.
Nice To Haves
- NY Bar Admission preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ability to write, research, and prepare E1, E2, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 , L1, Blanket L1, L1-A, L1-B , TN and O-1 petitions.
- Proficiency drafting and filing responses to RFE’s is a MUST.
- PERM labor certification, I-140, I-485, IV/NIV status, and Consular processing experience is a MUST.
