About The Position

The Business Growth Member position has a multi-functional role. The primary goal of this position is to find opportunities for the team to as many appointments, data, clients, and opportunities to have consistent lead and referral partner “flow” in the day-to-day. Below is an outline of the FOUR areas of interest for the Business Growth Member.

Requirements

  • Experience in mortgage, real estate, title, escrow, or insurance industries
  • Understanding of: pre-approvals buyers referral partners open houses FSBO (“For Sale By Owner”) listings
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls and networking
  • Organized and able to manage follow-ups
  • Basic sales or customer service experience
  • Ability to build relationships with local businesses and referral partners
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Professional written communication (texts/emails)
  • CRM/database management
  • Email marketing platforms
  • Basic spreadsheet/data tracking skills
  • Social media and marketing campaign familiarity

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups
  • Assist with identifying partnership and event opportunities
  • Support local brand awareness initiatives and outreach campaigns
  • Coordinate distribution of marketing materials and promotional efforts
  • Assist with client follow-up throughout the pre-approval and financing process
  • Maintain communication workflows to support an excellent customer experience
  • Help manage client databases, outreach campaigns, and engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely updates and follow-through
  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Support outreach initiatives targeting prospective clients and business relationships
  • Maintain lead tracking systems and assist with pipeline organization
  • Help improve workflow efficiencies through technology and automation tools
  • Schedule meetings, networking opportunities, and industry events
  • Assist with referral partner communication and relationship management
  • Support marketing and educational event coordination
