Business Growth Advisor

Venture Beyond AspirationsChesterfield, MO

About The Position

VBA is looking for a motivated, personable, and curious Business Growth Advisor to join our Sales team. The Business Growth Advisor is responsible for developing new business, working qualified leads, understanding prospective customers' needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and converting qualified opportunities into VBA customers. This is a sales position. However, we don't believe effective sales begins with a product pitch. It begins with understanding the business. You'll talk with entrepreneurs and business owners, learn about their goals and challenges, identify opportunities where VBA may be able to help, recommend appropriate solutions, conduct demonstrations, follow up with prospects, and confidently ask for the business when there is a strong fit. The goal isn't to sell every VBA product to every business. The goal is to sell the right solution to the right customer while helping VBA grow.
