About The Position

In the Business Fulfillment Coordinator position, you'll be instrumental in supporting our business clientele by orchestrating equipment and device shipments between customers and the Warehouse, processing pickups and returns, and maintaining precise asset records and documentation. You'll serve as the main liaison, delivering timely solutions while keeping everyone informed and supported—spanning initial orders all the way through activation and continuing support needs.

  • Remains up to date on the latest services and products we provide and has a clear understanding of how each work.
  • Working knowledge of telecom network offerings such as Ethernet, TDM, DSL and Wireless access providers also required.
  • Puts the customer first and creates a positive experience for the customer by building relationships and maximizing service/product offerings.
  • Stays current with knowledge of products clients require and can foresee their future technology needs.
  • Punctual and dependable to meet the needs of our customers.

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; 1-3 years in the telecommunication industry preferred.
  • Experience in order handling, delivery accuracy, inventory support, and administrative coordination.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with revenue deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Drive balanced communication with tact and diplomacy, while juggling competing customer & company priorities.
  • Must be willing to learn new technologies and work with aggressive timelines.
  • Experience in teaming effectively with others across different disciplines, functions and organizations.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to include presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and a professional business image.
  • The ability to travel to customer sites.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard 8am-5pm ChST time zone hours.
  • Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance.
  • Must possess a valid Guam Driver’s License and be willing to travel to various locations.
  • Must be able to work any shift and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary to meet the needs and goals of the business.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • 1-3 years in the telecommunication industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusting relationships with customers to ensure GTA is always top of mind when shopping for telecom services.
  • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams across GTA such as Account Managers, Product, Network Operations, Warehouse, Dispatch and Accounting.
  • Coordinate warehouse-to-customer movement of materials, pulling, filling and delivering all Business Sales orders from the GTA Warehouse and other GTA locations.
  • Handle customer pickups and returns from customer sites, ensuring accurate asset tracking and documentation.
  • Assist customers with simple moves, adds and changes.
  • Prepare, package, and deliver for GTA Reseller Customers, including off-island and postpaid fulfillment support.
  • Provide administrative and operational support while consistently providing the highest level of customer service by proactively offering all possible assistance to the customer.
  • Ensure that you attend all Communications meetings and scheduled Training Sessions.
  • Other job duties assigned.
