About The Position

AEITS, a GTSC company, is seeking a Business Financial Professional, Level 1, to support a government program. The role applies financial and acquisition principles throughout the program lifecycle to promote accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial transactions and documentation. The position is based on-site in Annapolis Junction, Maryland; it is not hybrid or remote. An active Top Secret SCI clearance with the appropriate polygraph is required. No certifications are required.

Requirements

• Four years of DoD or IC experience, or six years of combined DoD, IC, and commercial experience in purchasing or finance.
• Active Top Secret SCI clearance with appropriate polygraph.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including creating formulas and pivot tables.
• An undergraduate degree with a business focus may be accepted in lieu of two years of experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with NSA's financial management system and its interfaces, currently FACTS, CMIS, and CDW.

Responsibilities

• Assist with execution of the program's budget by creating and maintaining spend plans, requisitions, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate financial data with Government officials, including Business Financial Managers, Program Managers, Contract Managers, Contracting Officers, and Contracting Specialists.
• Help maintain current resources in support of day-to-day mission activities.
