As a Business Experience & Planning Specialist Senior within PNC's Retail Network Planning organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Little Falls, NJ. The Business Experience & Planning Specialist Senior plays a key role in supporting the planning, design, and evolution of PNC's physical branch experience. This position partners closely with Branch Network Planning Advisors (BNPAs), Realty Services, Design & Construction, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to apply branch standards, support renovations and de-novos, solve design challenges, and help bring the PNC brand to life within the retail environment. The ideal candidate combines strong design expertise with strategic thinking, exceptional visualization skills, and a passion for creating customer-centered experiences. This individual is highly collaborative, solutions-oriented, and thrives in environments that require both attention to detail and the ability to think holistically. Demonstrated ability to evaluate design intent and provide constructive feedback to ensure consistency with brand standards, customer experience objectives, and design guidelines.

Requirements

Proficiency in reading floor plans, construction documentation, and architectural details required.
Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Nice To Haves

AutoCAD and SketchUp experience preferred.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) preferred.

Responsibilities

Support BNPAs and project teams with branch planning, design evaluations, scope development, and review of proposed design solutions.
Review architectural and design drawings for alignment with branch standards, brand standards, customer experience objectives, and the Kit of Parts.
Assist in the application, maintenance, and evolution of branch design standards and the Kit of Parts.
Identify and resolve design challenges with creative, practical, and customer-focused solutions.
Support renovation, refresh, de novo, and pilot initiatives across the retail network.
Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate brand, hospitality, technology, and customer experience considerations into branch environments.
Contribute to test-and-learn initiatives and future branch experience concepts.
Create presentations and visual communications that effectively convey design intent and recommendations.
Gather feedback from the field and incorporate insights into continuous improvement efforts.
Support the development and evolution of PNC's retail visual experience strategy, ensuring branch environments consistently reflect brand standards, customer experience objectives, and future-state design principles.
Supports one or more line of business initiatives to understand, analyze, develop and implement key line of business solutions that will drive business objectives.
Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
Understands the business problem, identifies complex issues and prepares and executes a planned approach for one or more line of business initiatives.
Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned line of business initiatives.
Conducts research, analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives.
Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that understands and implements best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
