As a Business Experience Plan & Admin Specialist within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Provides support and assistance for implementation and coordination of planning efforts for line of business initiatives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners. Identifies more complex problems and provides advice and resolution in support of line of business initiatives. Partners with other departments or other functional areas in support of line of business initiatives. Independently provides data collection, research and reporting for assigned line of business initiatives. Recommends and delivers best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
