As a Business Experience Plan and Admin Advisor within PNC's Fiscal Governance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH. The Business Experience Plan and Admin Advisor plays a critical role in supporting the Line of Business CIO Group through financial governance, workforce planning, operational administration, and technology‑funded initiative management. This position ensures that leaders have accurate insights, well-managed resources, and strong execution support across financial, operational, and reporting functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, analytical environment and enjoys supporting business leaders through data, planning, and streamlined governance.

Requirements

  • Experience in business administration, financial analysis, performance management, or technology operations support.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, expense governance, and financial planning.
  • Skilled in data interpretation, trend analysis, and executive-level reporting.
  • Experience with headcount planning, resource management, or requisition workflows.
  • Proficiency with Excel and reporting/analytical tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and support leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee management of direct expenses.
  • Maintain accurate expense tracking for internal and external costs.
  • Manage internal headcount processes, including open requisition tracking, weekly reporting, and aging analysis.
  • Oversee employee requisition workflows (adds, replacements, cost‑center transfers).
  • Lead monthly financial review preparation, insights, and presentation support for CIO leadership.
  • Produce weekly reporting on requisitions, staffing metrics, and timesheet compliance.
  • Deliver monthly analysis on direct expense drivers, LOB wallet performance, and TND financial scorecards.
  • Create special reports, dashboards, and summaries for executive‑level consumption.
  • Support annual operating plan (AOP) processes and performance/financial planning (PFP) inputs.
  • Maintain and process PNC One entries for internal workforce administration.
  • Oversee internal and external timesheet governance.
  • Manage SOW governance processes, including coordination with IBM and other vendors.
  • Track and support reporting for software impairment activities.
  • Collaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods.
  • Executes key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives.
  • Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Responsible for executing and implementing business planning processes.
  • Helps to designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
  • Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts.
  • Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals.
  • Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
  • Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
