As a Business Experience and Planning Specialist Senior within PNC's Retail Distribution Operations - Centers of Excellence organization, you will be remotely based in Colorado. The Care Center Analytics team delivers data-driven insights that help leaders understand performance, identify opportunities, and improve the client experience. This role focuses on interpreting Care Center data—including call performance metrics, productivity trends, and speech analytics—and translating it into clear, actionable stories for business partners. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to collaborate with various cross - functional partners, and the capability to communicate complex insights in a meaningful, concise way. Preferred candidates adapt quickly, solve problems effectively, and communicate clear, meaningful insights from complex data—explaining why it matters while partnering across the bank to drive improvement. This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.
