As a Business Experience and Planning Manager Senior within PNC's Talent Acquisition and Outreach organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Leads a team of Advisors and Analysts who deliver strategic workforce planning (SWP) across portfolios led by Workforce Planning partners; Owns the SWP operating cadence (intake process, planning calendars, checkpoints, forums, etc) and SWP products (tools, platforms, data pipelines, uder experience) that maintain throughput, quality and scalable/repeatable SWP. Leads the practice of exceptional technical proficiency in data analysis, modeling, visualization, and reporting on Labor Market and Workforce Analysis. Applies research, industry trends, and evolving workforce technologies (including automation) that strengthen planning approaches and assumptions. Establishes data quality expectations, and KPI stewardship. Maintains subject matter expertise in Human Resources, labor markets and the relevant industry, in order to guide enterprise decisions on the future of work including location strategy, organizational design and work automation. Provides relevant guidance to Workforce Planning team, and senior stakeholders to develop clear and prioritized workforce plans and solutions. Drives the SWP practice to achieve adoption, scale and increasing maturity by: building appropriate SWP governance and standards; identifying repeatable work to transition to service delivery; implementing new practice methods, technologies and resources; leading change/enablement routines to to equip HR and business users with training and materials. Using PNC’s Leadership Standards, develops and leads teams of high performing workforce analysts and advisors who drive PNC’s workforce planning practice, provide scalable insights, and measure a plan’s impact on workforce spend and productivity. Ensures actions plans are translated into execution with clear owners, timelines and benefit tracking. Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree.
  • Industry experience is typically 8+ years.
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
