About The Position

The Business Exp & Planning Manager Sr leads cross-functional efforts to enhance business planning methodologies and drive execution of key line-of-business strategies. This role is responsible for defining strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across the organization, and delivering measurable business outcomes while upholding strong customer focus, leadership standards, and risk management practices. Responsibilities

• Define and implement business planning processes that align with line-of-business objectives
• Design and oversee execution of strategic plans grounded in forecasts, operational insights, and business priorities
• Establish and drive key initiatives, growth strategies, and programs that deliver measurable impact
• Lead and develop a team responsible for advancing business planning practices and execution
• Set clear direction, provide guidance, and ensure accountability for achieving business objectives
