About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate to join the Advisor Platform Coaching & Support group within Wealth & Investment Management. The role provides guidance and assistance to users of Advisor and Client platforms, delivering consultative support and training for financial advisor and digital tools. The position handles inquiries and complex escalations, works with product teams and internal partners, and contributes to platform support quality and process improvements. The role follows enterprise in-office requirements and is based at 550 S Tryon St, Charlotte, North Carolina 28202. This position is subject to FINRA background screening and ongoing regulatory obligations and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 6 months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination.
Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire.
Individuals subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer.
Successful candidates must meet ongoing regulatory obligations, including periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.
Employees affected by applicable policies on outside activities and/or personal investing must provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and comply with policy requirements.
Strong customer service focus, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend best practices.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Provide quality, consultative service to the field regarding Financial Advisor and Digital Platform tools and applications, including Advisor Gateway, eSign, Client Management, Client Review Center, and eMoney.
Deliver how-to and navigational training and assistance through inbound call support.
Provide navigational and how-to assistance, address concerns, and escalate issues when appropriate.
Resolve complex business issues and escalations by determining root causes, coordinating solutions, and ensuring timely resolution.
Participate in required training and remain current on application releases and updates.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the scope of responsibilities or functional area.
Analyze performance trends, identify developmental needs, and provide coaching techniques and recommendations to improve performance.
Partner with Product Teams to stay ahead of updates and proactively address issues.
Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate and consult with Platform Support colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders.
May provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.
Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, policies, procedures, reporting obligations, and escalation requirements.
