About The Position

Applies advanced and wide-ranging knowledge to drive execution of tangible performance and E2E process improvement projects involving complex requests, using excellence tools and methodologies. Drives execution of our business strategy by facilitating workshops and monthly performance reviews to ensure functional alignment. Supports culture of Execution Excellence and deployment of Excellence practice tools & methodologies (Continuous Improvement, Agile, Process Management, Project Management, Change management and Performance Management). Leverages AI to scale these methodologies. Leverages advanced knowledge in business excellence and stakeholder management to diagnose and resolve complex issues across or within business units, regions, or functions, delivering strategic solutions and technical guidance. Drives businesses process standardization and simplification initiatives, using process analysis and optimization (including AI and automation) techniques to enhance overall efficiency and performance.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 3+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Project Management, Change Management, Operations or equivalent.
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Engineering or equivalent.
Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
