About The Position

Leads multiple business projects and related activities to deliver defined outcomes within established standards. Develops and applies project management methods and reporting approaches that improve execution consistency across concurrent initiatives. Integrates workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholder decisions to maintain delivery readiness and issue resolution. Aligns internal and external resources to complete deliverables on schedule and in line with governance expectations. Integrates multiple concurrent initiatives by maintaining workplans, milestones, dependencies, and governance routines to meet commitments. Aligns cross-functional and external resources to ensure requirements are reflected in delivered solutions and operational handoffs. Presents executive-ready status reporting by surfacing progress, risks, issues, decisions, and budget-to-actual insights. Refines project management standards by improving templates, controls, and reporting practices that increase execution consistency. Drives stakeholder alignment by brokering scope, staffing, and issue-resolution decisions across delivery partners. Identifies efficiency opportunities and implements improvements that reduce delivery cost, cycle time, or execution friction. Validates post-implementation outcomes by confirming deliverables meet requirements and documenting lessons learned for reuse. Leads strategic initiatives by defining objectives/requirements, sequencing interdependent workstreams, and coordinating governance, stakeholder, and resource activities to achieve targeted business outcomes. Translates business needs into actionable requirements by gathering input from stakeholders, defining use cases, and ensuring functional priorities are reflected in backlog, design, and delivery decisions. Guides solution decisions by providing business context, evaluating process and system impacts, and partnering with delivery teams to ensure technology changes support scalable, compliant, and effective operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 8+ years of experience in change management, process improvement, project management, or a related field required.
  • Change management within business and IT operations, including policy, standard, and governance design.
  • SDLC concepts and how changes move through build, test, and release.
  • Testing concepts and use of test tools, including evidence capture.
  • Regulatory compliance testing concepts as applied to IT changes and controls.
  • Desktop services and endpoint support concepts relevant to operational changes.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile methodology (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agile), continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma etc.), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent certification preferred.

  • Prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines in a production operations environment.
  • Ability to balance speed-to-deliver with compliance and control requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively across IT and business teams to drive standard, repeatable change outcomes.
  • Ability to build and maintain a product roadmap, driving objectives for desired outcomes
  • Applies knowledge of health system operations and supply chain processes to inform requirements, evaluate impacts, and support solution and change decisions aligned to business needs
