Genuine Health Group is looking for a Business Development Specialist – Healthcare Outbound Calls & Outreach to fuel our sales pipeline and connect independent practices with the future of healthcare. This is a junior-level role with a clear pathway to transition into an Account Executive position for those who excel. Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in outreach, engagement, or lead conversion (inside sales, business development, or healthcare sales support).
  • Strong communicator, resilient, and confident when handling objections.
  • CRM experience — comfortable logging outreach, notes, and follow-ups in detail.
  • Organized and detail-focused — you know that accurate notes drive efficiency.
  • Must live in either metro North Florida or Georgia area

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare knowledge a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Run initial phone and email campaigns to physician practices within assigned Account Executive territories, introducing Genuine Health and positioning our Medicare Advantage (MA) and ACO solutions
  • Book 5–10 qualified, scheduled meetings per week for Account Executives with practice managers and physicians, maximizing their face-to-face selling opportunities.
  • Verify that practices are viable prospects (e.g., sufficient Medicare patient base, interest in MA/ACO participation, access to decision-makers) before handoff.
  • Maintain accurate CRM logs, flag practices requiring further engagement, and provide Account Executives with a prioritized, cleaner funnel.
  • Share practice insights, competitive mentions, and market sentiment gathered during outreach to help Account Executives refine messaging and strategy.
