Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, workforce development, or community engagement
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Confidence in networking and outreach environments
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM/ATS systems preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally (if applicable)
