Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required; Marketing or Business degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience; in sales, marketing and/or sales operations support preferred.
  • Commitment to excellence, attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, versatility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce & MS Suite.
  • Experience interacting with external prospects and supporting internal teammates.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the sales process and help the team achieve annual new families helped/revenue goals.
  • Own the prospect journey, including prequalifying prospects, pipeline integrity, collection and entry of prospective client information, attaching relevant notes, scheduling meetings, assigning tasks, and creating service agreements using Salesforce.
  • Create and update business development proposals and presentation materials.
  • Provide calendar management and scheduling support for business development activities.
  • Provide recurring operations, sales support, and analysis, including developing reports, dashboards, and ad hoc sales reporting.
  • Attend and participate in sales team meetings.
  • Coordinate regular reporting on performance against targets and activity reports.
  • Collaborate with Business Development team members nationwide and share best practices.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments for the creation of prospect-facing materials.
  • Conduct prospect research using various sources (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Assist in other special projects as needed.
