Requirements

7 years in the aerospace industry. Required background is in engineering or program management. Supply chain management roles are acceptable, especially if operating as a hardware buyer within a prime.
3 years supporting business development activities, such as proposal writing, capture management, pipeline development, etc.
Demonstrated experience building relationships with key decision makers within the aerospace industry.
US Citizenship
Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Shipley and/or Miller Heimann
FAR/DFAR knowledge
Security clearance

Responsibilities

Establish a thorough understanding of current core organizational capabilities and performance history to leverage those into broader opportunities.
Target federal civil (eg NASA), commercial (low earth orbit), and DoD space markets for growth and expansion.
Operate within the Aerospace & Defense Technologies (Adtech) Segment marketing and business development framework including the management of Space Systems Customer Relationship Management (CRM) pipeline opportunities, associated business planning metrics, and future organizational growth projections.
