The Solutions Architect Directior champions end-to-end solution development, encompassing design, manufacturing, services, and financials, to craft compelling value propositions that secure customer wins for Celestica. This role collaborates across internal teams to gather solution details and pricing, translates customer business needs into Celestica's capabilities, and communicates technical aspects, timelines, and deliverables effectively. The Global Accounts Solutions Architect plays a pivotal role in driving client success by architecting and delivering quantifiable, technically robust, and well-documented integrated product lifecycle solutions that deliver significant value. This involves strategically assembling and leading expert teams from across Celestica's diverse business and technical domains to optimize CCS Global Account solution strategies. You will establish yourself as the trusted advisor to our customers, building strong, knowledge-driven partnerships at all levels and engaging directly with key client decision-makers in partnership with Sales and GCU leadership. Serving as the primary point of contact for Sales and GCU, you will be a vital resource for the sales organization and a subject matter expert on Mega Deal Teams.
