We are launching a next-generation institutional brokerage and clearing platform designed for global fintechs, RIAs, introducing brokers, proprietary trading firms, and foreign affiliates. As a Business Development Senior Associate, you will help expand our institutional client base by sourcing and qualifying partners for Webull’s institutional platform, supporting prospecting and outreach, and driving opportunity management across the end-to-end sales cycle. This role is ideal for a commercially minded, highly organized professional who understands the brokerage ecosystem, can navigate long sales cycles, and can partner with Product, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to move deals forward. You will help shape our go-to-market motion by bringing market insights, maintaining pipeline hygiene, and ensuring a high-quality client experience from first meeting through onboarding.
