About The Position

W.B. Mason is expanding across the country, and we're looking for self-motivated go-getters to join our sales team as full-time Business Development Sales Specialists. If you've worked in hospitality, retail, or customer service-and loved it-but you're looking for more growth, better pay, and real career opportunities, this is your moment! Requirements

• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Outstanding English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in restaurant roles (serving, bartending), retail, or customer service is highly valued.
• No sales experience needed.

• A bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with local businesses in your assigned territory.
• Share how W.B. Mason can support their workplace needs.
• Help new customers get set up for success.
• Travel by car or on foot to identify and engage potential clients.
• Distribute marketing materials.
• Introduce potential clients to W.B. Mason's wide product selection.
• Demonstrate value and provide custom pricing.
• Assist in onboarding new clients.
• Work closely with the Inside Sales team to convert leads.
• Transition accounts smoothly to account managers.
• Attend weekly branch sales meetings.
