The ideal candidate is passionate about helping seniors and families navigate important life transitions while also bringing a strategic, sales-focused mindset to business growth. The Business Development & Sales Director is responsible for developing referral relationships, generating qualified leads, managing the sales process from inquiry to move-in, and supporting occupancy growth initiatives. This individual will serve as a key ambassador for the community and organization within the local healthcare and senior services market.
