About The Position

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth throughout Northeast Florida. This is a true outside sales role focused on developing long-term referral relationships that generate consistent business. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, enjoys meeting new people, and wants their income to reflect their performance. Voda Cleaning & Restoration provides a full range of residential and commercial restoration and cleaning services including Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation, Biohazard & Trauma Cleanup, Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Tile & Grout Cleaning, Hardwood & Luxury Vinyl Floor Cleaning, Air Duct Cleaning, Dryer Vent Cleaning, and Odor Removal. Their mission is to make life easier for those responsible for creating inviting, healthy spaces by delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a consistent schedule of in-person visits with referral partners.
  • Generate new referral relationships and strengthen existing partnerships.
  • Educate referral partners on Voda's cleaning and restoration capabilities.
  • Attend networking events, trade associations, chamber events, and industry functions.
  • Represent the company at local networking organizations, including a weekly BNI chapter.
  • Host lunch-and-learns and educational presentations.
  • Deliver marketing materials and promotional items to referral partners.
  • Track sales activity, contacts, and opportunities using the company CRM.
  • Follow up on referrals to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure projects are completed with excellence.
  • Meet or exceed monthly activity goals and sales objectives.
