About The Position

Native is seeking a highly motivated, target-driven Founding BDR to join our Sales Team. We're launching our outbound team – a true opportunity to own top-of-funnel pipeline creation and building our BDR foundations. As a BDR you will take part of building a target list and developing personalized outbound strategies, generating qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities for the sales team. You will stay informed about industry trends, company news, organizational changes, and business initiatives to make outreach highly relevant. Use a combination of email, LinkedIn, phone, and other creative channels to engage prospects. Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and RevOps to execute outbound campaigns. Contribute to building outbound playbooks/processes. Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM systems. Continuously test, learn, and optimize messaging, sequences, and prospecting approaches. Our ideal candidate will be located in the East coast.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound prospecting role in B2B SaaS or technology
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding pipeline and meeting-generation targets
  • Strong research and account-mapping skills
  • Ability to quickly understand business challenges and connect them to value-driven messaging
  • High level of ownership, discipline, and accountability

Nice To Haves

  • Experience from a Cyber/Security company in early stages will be an advantage
