Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales-driven or customer-facing environment
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
  • Strong understanding of our nutrition, payments, and e-commerce solutions
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical software offerings
  • Consistent generation of high-quality, qualified sales opportunities
  • Excellent organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
  • Clear, confident, and professional communication skills
  • Collaborative: Partner seamlessly with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams
  • Customer-Focused: Take the time to understand customer pain points and align them with the right solutions
  • Agile: Adapt quickly to evolving processes, tools, and product offerings
  • Communicative: Convey ideas clearly in both written and verbal interactions
  • Organized: Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and engage potential customers using proven outreach strategies
  • Identify prospect needs, challenges, and goals
  • Qualify and route sales-ready opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives
  • Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets
  • Support strategic sales and marketing initiatives as needed
  • Manage time and pipeline effectively in a self-directed environment
