About The Position

This is an in-person position in our Raleigh, NC office. We are looking for driven individuals eager to kickstart or continue building their career in tech sales. Join our dynamic team and leverage our exceptional pool of coaches and training resources to reach your potential. The ideal candidate must not be afraid to pick up the phone and generate new revenue opportunities, and will be provided with tools and coaching. A desire to understand the world of manufacturing and how MaintainX can drive the frontline industrial workforce is essential. Candidates should be comfortable moving fast, multi-tasking, and keeping the energy high, with articulate and polished presentation skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication ability, high detail-orientation, and organization are key. We seek a positive, passionate, creative, smart, high-character personality.

Requirements

  • Must not be afraid to pick up the phone and generate new revenue opportunities.

  • Cold calling experience
  • Experience with modern sales tech stacks: Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Experience with startups and entrepreneurial organizations.
  • Experience working in CMMS or facility operations software.

Responsibilities

  • Getting in contact with maintenance professionals using a combination of phone, email, and Linkedin.
  • Making 75-100 calls/day.
  • Using Outreach and other prospecting tools to have a modern and strategic approach to communication.
  • Discovering how companies run their maintenance operations and providing a recommendation to use our services if there is a fit.
  • Generating opportunities for account executives that will lead to new business and revenue, having a direct impact on MaintainX’s success.
  • Mastering the ins and outs of the industry and our products for a top-notch consultative sales approach.
