About The Position

For 35+ years, we've helped organizations nationwide with employee benefits, wellness, HR consulting, and retirement solutions. The Role We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative to generate new opportunities, build relationships, and help grow our client base. You'll connect with prospects, promote IBP's solutions, and support ongoing sales efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • High school diploma required
  • Life & Health license required within 3 months

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new opportunities
