About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help expand the client base, forge strategic partnerships, and identify new market opportunities. The position offers an opportunity to develop sales skills and contribute to business growth in a fast-paced environment. You will engage customers through phone, email, and other digital channels to understand their automotive needs, manage incoming leads, schedule dealership appointments, and follow up to support a positive buying and service experience. You will build knowledge of new and used vehicle inventory and service offerings and collaborate with sales and service teams to support customers from inquiry through purchase or service.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills for engaging clients, negotiating deals, and collaborating across teams.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for creating presentations, reports, and proposals.
Demonstrated ability to prospect new clients through research and outreach activities.

Responsibilities

Engage customers by phone, email, and other digital communication channels to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
Manage incoming leads and inquiries, providing timely and personalized responses to potential customers.
Schedule dealership appointments for vehicle purchases, test drives, and service appointments.
Develop strong knowledge of new and used vehicle inventory and service offerings to assist customers.
Follow up with customers to support a positive buying and servicing experience, address questions or concerns, and gather feedback.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to facilitate a seamless customer journey from inquiry to purchase or service.
