This is an in-person role focused on building relationships with local businesses, property managers, realtors, contractors, moving companies, storage facilities, senior living communities, and other referral sources. The position involves face-to-face networking, in-person business visits, phone outreach, and digital communication. Candidates must be comfortable meeting clients and partners in person regularly. The role offers a base salary plus commission, bonuses, and incentives, and is ideal for a self-starter with a "hunter mentality" who enjoys meeting people and creating business opportunities. It provides an excellent chance to grow within a fast-paced small business environment and gain experience in business development, sales, marketing, and networking.
