TADERA is seeking a confident, highly motivated, and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Sales & Marketing team. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and plays a critical part in building pipeline and driving new revenue growth across our target market of U.S. hub airports. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, sourcing outbound opportunities, and re-engaging existing prospects already in our database. Your goal is to convert these engagements into qualified meetings and new sales opportunities for the Account Executive team. The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience — ideally in software or technology — with a proven track record of exceeding targets and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience selling into government or public-sector entities is a significant asset. This is a fully remote position. Candidate may be asked to travel within North America (USA/Canada).
